Utkarsh Sharma
- Utkarsh holds a Masters in Business Administration (HSG) and a joint Bachelor’s of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (MIT/NTU) with 8 years of professional experience in talent management in HR (executive search, HR consulting & TA) as well as 4 years in investment banking across the US, Asia and Europe. He is also a certified Chartered Financial analyst (CFA) holder.
- Besides the work environment, Utkarsh is also a Board member of Foundations for Learning in Zurich, a non profit foundation providing support for international families in Switzerland with learning and psychological support
- In his current assignment, he is responsible for operationalizing the talent acquisition activities across 6 of Hilti’s locations as part of our digital transformation.
