Working and living in different countries and industries around the world she's specifically interested in intercultural and interdisciplinary collaboration and their challenges. Focusing on leadership, innovation and transformation she aims to shape the future of work. As a former top football player she knows what enables high performing teams and loves to apply what she learned from sport in the corporate context.

Her education in business innovation  is shaped by the University of St.Gallen (HSG), FGV Sao Paulo and Stanford University.
