2013 I moved from  the – supposed - "Recruiting Dark Side" to the world of Corporate Recruiting. With Swisscom, the largest Swiss telecommunications provider, I grew my corporate recruiting career in a newly created talent scout role. 3 years later, in 2016, I was responsible for the strategic development, setup and expansion of active sourcing, talent acquisition and 3rd party management. In June 2018 my next move followed - away from the HR department straight into business. At Swisscom's Digital Business Unit my focus is now on strategic talent attraction (CXO functions) and recruiting consulting for start-ups, ventures and NewCos (New Companies).
