Claudia Giorgetti Del Monte is Head of Organisational and Cultural Development. She is a certified marketing manager and has completed an executive Master’s program in corporate communication management.

At Swiss Mobiliar Insurance Company Ltd. her duties include the development and implementation of new forms of work, management principles, HR marketing, diversity and heath management. She is also responsible for planning and implementing the company’s new work environment.

As a marketing specialist she worked in various marketing positions from 1990 to 2015, the last 20 years of which at national and international insurance companies.

From 2009 to 2015 she was Head Group Marketing at Nationale Suisse, responsible for both the Swiss market and markets abroad.
