Alexandra Kühn is Managing Director of the Work Smart Initiative. The initiative is a business network supporting companies and institutions in Switzerland in implementing flexible ways of working.

Before joining the Work Smart Initiative in mid-2018, Alexandra held positions in the field of communication at Swisscom, focussing on topics such as Digitization and Work Smart. She previously worked in a communication agency for international companies. She also worked as a freelancer in journalism and Public Relations. Before graduating with a BA ZFH in Communication, she was a primary school teacher.

Being a mother of two kids, working anywhere and part-time, Alexandra Kühn lives what the Work Smart Initiative stands for.
