Alana Gahler is Senior Manager for Employer Marketing at Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS). Her goal is to show the outside world - across different channels - the large diversity of fascinating roles SWISS has to offer and to let people get a taste of SWISS’ great corporate culture. In her previous role, she was responsible for the recruitment of all commercial positions at SWISS. In addition, she strives for continuous improvement of different HR processes in her role as KAIZEN SKPO.

Right after her Master’s degree in Motivational Psychology, she worked as an Account Manager for Hays, a specialized services provider for recruiting.  The commonality of all her positions is the human centered approach, which is always a focus of hers.”
